Extensive Personal Collection Of Cars, Memorabilia To Auction

For over two decades Michael Dingman would serve as a director at Ford Motor Company. During that span, and beyond, his passion for the company’s “iconic flathead V-8 models” and automotive memorabilia would lead to him amassing a significant collection of both which will be offered at auction.

In all 25 Fords will be put up for sale with the majority of the other cars stemming from the Ford family with the exception of a couple Jeeps and Porsches rounding out the 37. And while most the Fords do reflect his passion for V8 models like a 1938 Ford V-8 Station Wagon, their racing heritage is represented by way of a 1995 Ford Roush Mustang Cobra SCCA Trans Am, as well as a 2006 Ford GT representing for the supercars.

The entire lot of cars and memorabilia will be offered at “The Dingman Collection” auction by RM Sotheby’s in Hampton, New Hampshire at the end of June and can be viewed in their entirety here.
