For a reason unknown to us Neil Young has some 1000 items going up for auction, from model trains to recording equipment and even an assortment of classic cars. Divided into two auctions the first has sadly come to an end, but on the bright-side the open auction has 413 items listed and is online until December 17th at 11:00pm PST.
The top car of the whole lot was a 1953 Buick Roadmaster Skylark Convertible which sold for $400,000. The online auction, however, features two 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Coupes, a 1972 Unimog 406 U84 all-wheel drive truck and a 1949 Cadillac convertible Series 62. The whole lot of items is worth a serious look, but unfortunately we don’t know jack about music equipment or Lionel trains.
