As discussed in a prior GasMonkeyGarage.com article, Dennis Collins was a little hesitant to sell his Mustangs from his private collection at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2017. A lot of fans agreed with that hesitation and thought he should wait 10 more years for the Fox Body Mustang market to mature a little more.
Whether you believe in that opinion or not, six of the eight Mustangs Dennis sold at the big auction broke world records for each year and model of Mustangs respectively. Some auction regulars have stated that this represents a dynamic shift and start of a whole new era for the 3rd and 4th Generation Mustang markets.
