Eclectic Auction Lot Heads To Mecum Denver

Frequenters of GasMonkeyGarage.com know that it’s not uncommon, but very common, for us to feature various cars and collections going to auction. However, this collection is no different, but at the same time, entirely different. Without further ado, The Rick Holland Collection.

An entrepreneur who made a portion of his estate owning franchises such as Wendy’s and Golden Corral his lot list reads like the latter’s buffet.

For the more sophisticated palate the collection offers up the following:

1930 Chrysler 66 Series Business Coupe
1939 Chevrolet Coupe Street Rod
1932 Ford 5-Window Coupe Street Rod
1957 Ford Thunderbird
1963 Chevrolet Impala

And on the flip side for those that prefer just say, chicken fingers:

1999 Jeep Wrangler
2004 Ford Explorer
2005 Chevrolet Equinox
2006 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible
2005 Volkswagen Touareg

A real smorgasbord of cars, but I suppose it’s worth noting the Touareg is listed as “well optioned” so maybe worth a second look. And if you’d like a look at the entire collection this is just a sampling up for auction in Denver June 8 and 9.
