Hey Internet! GM Wants You To Name Their eBike For Cash

Not a particularly exciting story out of Detroit, but one that the Internet needs to be aware for one reason and one reason only, Boaty McBoatface.

GM has created an electric bike and would like the Internet’s help naming it because they’re apparently masochists. The winner will receive $10,000 and nine runner-ups will each receive $1,000. If you think you have what it takes to win or just want to submit stupid ideas, both are encouraged until 10 a.m. EST Monday, Nov. 26, at eBikeBrandChallenge.com. According to the brand they’re looking for, “simple, smart and bold concepts capable of bringing the eBike brand to life” and “fun ideas capable of being understood around the world.”

Best of luck and if anyone infringes on my hybrid bike name, “bi-cycle,” you’ll be hearing from my lawyers.
