Last weekend Dallas was invaded by supercars which as far as invasions go is pretty dope. The aptly named wannaGOFAST holds events around the country for those, you guessed it, looking to go fast and we mean fast.
Looking to take cars beyond a track day or drag strip wannaGOFAST was founded to provide like minded fast car owners with an outlet to release their adrenaline in a safe environment. Just how much adrenaline? Well, the two day event held in Dallas November 10th and 11th saw an average top-speed of 242.5mph. Both top speeds were set by Underground Racing’s KC Howeth and led to the overall win for the Underground Racing crew.
The Dallas event wrapped up the year for wannaGOFAST, but they will be back on track early 2019 for more half-mile runs from sunny south Florida on January 19th and 20th.
