The ever popular midsize truck segment looks to grow a little bit more as Chevrolet aims to expand by way of the ZR2 Midnight and Dusk Editions.
Chevy’s Colorado ZR2 takes the regular Colorado to another level, literally, as it is 2-inches higher and has a 3.5-inch wider track. The Midnight Edition looks to continue to move the ZR2 further from the standard Colorado with an all-black exterior, emblem, 17-inch five-spoke wheels and off-road LED lighting. The Dusk offers all the same amenities, but can be finished in any ZR2 color.
The ZR2 features two engine options, a 3.6L V6 with an eight-speed automatic transmission and an available 2.8L Duramax turbo-diesel. Both the Colorado ZR2 Midnight and Dusk Editions made their debut showcasing Chevy’s off-road performance at this years SEMA show.
