Don’t sweat, there is still time to make the best race of the weekend. The 24 Hours of Le Mans is known the world over, but lesser known in the world, and even the U.S. for that matter is the Lone Star Le Mans.
In laymen’s Lone Star Le Mans terms it’s a six hour endurance race of the same cars at Le Mans earlier this year. This is important because endurance racing in the U.S. is hardly on the racing radar and furthermore represents one of the last opportunities to see some of these cars. As it stands the top series at next years 24 Hours of Le Mans is up in the air with most of the major manufacturers opting not to continue funding their programs.
So, if you find yourself able to drive, fly or walk get yourself to Circuit of the Americas this weekend.
