According to Genesis the Earth was created in seven days, Rome was built not in a day, but over years; however, this extensive 50 car collection trumps those being amassed in just a weekends time in 2010. Nearly seven years ago an anonymous collector would attend the 23rd annual Spring Classic auction in Indianapolis with the hope of starting a car collection, that collector would leave with over 50 cars in tow. Now, seven years later that same collector returns to Indianapolis and the 30th annual Spring Classic with 50 of those cars to be offered as, “The 2010 Spring Classic Collection” with no reserve. Many of the rare standouts are pictured below and include: a 1 of 21 Plymouth, 1 of 3 Mercury, 1 of 8 Dodge and a 1 of 678 Pontiac. The Indianapolis auction will take place May 16-20.
