Early morning rain would break giving way to a beautiful day as Richard and crew would ascend on Lonestark Park in Grand Prairie, Texas. Unfortunately, the earlier rain’s damage was done making the turf track unusable for the day meaning Monkey Business Stables’ Mizzen Me would now be racing on dirt instead. Optimism was high for a win for Mizzen Me and his Texas debut going into the seventh race, but the win was not his as he managed a respectable third place. In the end, the outcome was not what all had hoped for, but the day a resounding success for the GMG crew to come together outside the garage for a good time.
