Jack Torrance once said, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy,” and while Jack was referring to himself in that instance the message resonates here at Gas Monkey Garage. For months, a couple “homemade” fireworks presented to us by a fan had been staring us down and the other day they finally got the better of us. Homemade is in quotes there because it appeared to be just an over the counter M80 variety firework, but as you will see, we quickly learned that was not the case. Also, as much fun as homemade explosives can be, we prefer beer.
