As a basic Hellcat (if there is such a thing) it’s a deal with under 200 miles on the odometer and only the original lottery winner having owned the car. Though this Hellcat was given some modest, yet one of a kind, upgrades by Gas Monkey Garage, including: powder coated wheels with custom center caps, custom seats and green/matte black stripes.
