Gas up plug in those consoles because F1 2017 is here! The official game of the FIA Formula One World Championship is back and back with a vengeance. A brand-new ‘Championship’ game mode and vintage Formula One racers stand to make this years one of the best.
Additionally, Formula One has announced an Esports series to find the “best virtual F1 driver and be crowned the Formula 1 Esports Series World Champion” beginning in September. The venture is a partnership between Formula One, Codemasters (the makers of F1 2017) and Gfinity, a leader in Esports events. The finals will be held at the Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on November 24th and 25th and the winner being adorned with a variety of prizes: a guaranteed spot in the 2018 semi-finals, attending one of the 2018 Grands Prix and become a character in the F1 2018 game.
