The widebody trend has been around for years. In fact, so long that widebody customizers, RWB and Liberty Walk, have become household names in the automotive world. The latter, Liberty Walk, turned their successes widening Lamborghinis, Ferraris and others in Japan into a global business selling widebody kits.
It was a part of this expansion that Liberty Walk expanded into American cars, like the Dodge Challenger. Now with the release of the Demon and widebody Challenger the look has become mainstream, but it was a look which Liberty Walk had been perfecting for years prior. Now the Japanese shop is teasing a widebody Mustang which will most likely debut at SEMA in November indicating their expansion, pun intended, into the American market.
